Everything there was modern. the staff were brilliantly helpful. - We booked a double room, complete with a fridge and backyard view. - the location was comfortable for walking around Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. - Had a very good stay for 5 nights.

The room was really clean and well-organized, plus it's close to Jesselton Point for island hopping, the town center, and shopping malls, with great food available in the nearby restaurant.

had a wonderful romantic weekend in kk, jesselton exceeded expectations! staff went above and beyond, manager even surprised us with an upgrade to a suite and a cake for my wife's birthday. perfect location to explore the historic city and delicious seafood markets just a short walk away.

Stayed for a weekend and loved the big and comfy twin beds in our spacious room. The staff were nice and very helpful. Location was perfect with plenty of eateries nearby. We also enjoyed reading the complimentary newspapers in the morning.

Lighting in the room was a bit dim and at times some of the lights didn't work. , one of the chairs was in poor condition with worn-out fabric.
